November 2025 - No Current Water Use Restrictions
Attention Franklin Water Customers!
On November 14, all Drought declarations for the Town of Franklin and the Southeastern Region were removed by the Massachusetts Energy and Environmental Affairs Secretary.
The MassDEP required water conservation restriction will be reinstituted on June 1, 2026 unless a drought declaration is enacted before that date.
